| Keys: |

Keys are available to be picked up at our
office before five o’clock
on the day of check in. If you plan to arrive after office hours, your key will
be placed in a lock box on the exterior of our office. We will forward the
combination upon full payment of your reservation. Sunday arrivals should
coordinate with the office to pick up the key, as our Sunday schedule varies.

Check in time is 4:00 pm.

| Check Out: |
Check out time is 11:00 am.
|
|
| Payments: |
All
reservations shall be paid for in advance. The reservation must be secured by
reciept of the security deposit within two weeks of the confirmation date, or the
date cited in the reservation confirmation, should the arrival date be sooner.

| Security Deposit: |
All
reservations require a security deposit for the protection of the property
should any damage occur during the stay. The guest should advise the office if
they find anything out of order or broken upon check in. This
deposit is subject to a cleaning fee which shall be deducted prior to the
deposit being returned to the guest. All security deposits shall be mailed to
the guest within three weeks of the guests check out.

| Off Season Rates: |
Most of our homes offer an off season rate in the
form of a percentage from the published summer rates. Please inquire upon
making a reservation to determine the off season rate for the home you are
interested in.

|
| Furnishings: |
All
homes are fully furnished. You will only need to bring your food, towels for
the beach, and entertainment items. Each house is listed on the web site with a
detailed list of what is offered. If you have a
question regarding what is provided for the house you are interested in, please
contact the office.

| Minimum Stays: |
During
the summer we require 3 night, 4 night, or weekly stays, depending upon the home
you are considering. This information can be obtained when making a request for
information. Generally the minimum stay for holidays and special events is 4
nights.

| Weekly Discounts: |
Many of our homes offer a discount of one night free
per week booking. You will get 7 nights for the price of 6.
Ocean front homes and selected larger homes are not eligible for this discount.

|
| Room Tax: |
All
rental homes in Seaside are subject to a nightly room tax of 9% which will be
charged in addition to the room rent.
|
|
| Smoking: |
All
of our homes are non-smoking at present. Any smoking must be outside the
premises.
|
|
| Prices: |

reserves the same right
of cancellation which is afforded to the guest as stated in the reservation
confirmation.
